One of the biggest problems entrepreneurs face and one of the biggest reasons why 98% of internet marketers are failing is that they don’t have the essential ingredients of persistence. They jump around from program to program and complain that the business doesn’t work. As Napoleon Hill writes in his book “think and grow rich”; “There is no substitute for persistence”, If you jump from project to project without the persistence to keep going, if you give up to early because you’re not having the success you thought you would have, then your robbing yourself of potentially big rewards further down the track. If you just stay steadfast with your persistence, if you learn to get past those obstacles you will be rewarded. No matter how many times you are defeated you will reach the top of the ladder. If you are contemplating starting an online business yourself, do the research first to make sure this is what you want to do and then be persistent until you make it work, don’t give up because you don’t see immediate results, most brick and mortar business start-ups don’t live past the 5 year mark why is this? Maybe they do not have the funding, maybe they didn’t research properly or maybe and most probably they quit.

Making your mark on the world is hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. But it’s not. It takes patience, it takes commitment, and it comes with plenty of failure along the way. The real test is not whether you avoid this failure, because you won’t. It’s whether you let it harden or shame you into inaction, or whether you learn from it; whether you choose to persevere ~ Barack Obama.

Within my own business I struggle all the time, just recently I was struggling with video marketing and honestly I did not want to do it, but I knew video marketing was a powerful marketing tool, and I decided it was something I needed to master, so I took some extra training put out some videos and just through persistence I am now getting more leads and sales then before.

Desire is the starting point for all achievements so if you are lacking in your perseverance remember why you started in the first place, go back to the goals and dreams you wrote down and try to light that fire of desire again and know the reasons why you cannot give up.

I went through it myself I was ready to give up several times, one time I did not even have the money to keep my program membership going but I got it together by not giving up and I am so glad I didn’t give up, I would hate to think of all I would of missed out on and I would probably be back to clocking in clocking out in my 9-5 job, and who wants that?
